There are more than basically two ways to make more money off of your domains.
You can get more traffic, and you can increase the conversion of the traffic you already have. Today, we will focus on the latter.
Adsense has a bot that reads your page to determine what sort of ads best match the content. Consideration in this goes to the relevance of the ads. The Adsense bot (rightly, from its perspective) doesn't care how much money it's making you. So it's up to you to help it along.
Adsense uses an auction system to determine which ads get displayed first. And you get paid on a percentage basis of each click that goes through. So it is in your best interest to have your page viewer click on the top paying (first) ads as opposed to the other, less valuable ads.
So with that in mind, do you think you make more money per click having the maximum (3) allowed adsense windows showing the most amount of ads possible? Or is it worth more to have very few ads placed in high traffic areas? One 50 cent click is worth a lot more than three 10 cent clicks.

Your most valuable asset, your time.
When you want to monetize your domains, don't forget that while every domain should have a different look to it, you should be constantly be looking for ways to streamline the process of buying, transfering, and setting up domains.
The time you invest into putting up each domain is time that you could be using to make more money in other areas, lying on a beach somewhere, or otherwise enjoying yourself.
Macro programs can be very useful for this. Also, learning a programming language can be invaluable when it comes to running repetitive tasks. You may think you can't learn how to program, but at some point, the whole internet looked big and intimidating too... but here you are. You don't need a degree or anything, just a simple understanding will do.
Personally, I likely use no more than 2 dozen commands in my programming. A little goes a long way. Spending 8 hours to write a program (which is what can easily take if you have to look up each command line by line) that takes a daily task from 1 hour a day to 10 minutes is well worth that initial time expenditure, don't you think?
